Terms and Conditions for Event Sales
Agreement:
By purchasing tickets or registering for events organized by Summer Sasin, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Ticket Purchase:
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted unless otherwise stated by Summer Sasin or required by applicable law.
Event Admission: Admission to the event is subject to compliance with the rules and regulations set forth by Summer Sasin and the venue hosting the event.
Event Changes:
Summer Sasin reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to date, time, venue, performers, and program content, without prior notice. In such cases, Summer Sasin will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders of any changes.
Event Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation, Summer Sasin will notify ticket holders as soon as possible. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with Summer Sasin's refund policy.
Ticket Transferability:
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by Summer Sasin. Any unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund and refusal of admission to the event.
Attendee Conduct:
Summer Sasin reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee whose conduct is deemed disorderly, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.
Liability:
Attendees assume all risks and liabilities associated with attending the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss, and hereby release Summer Sasin and its affiliates, sponsors, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising from such risks.
Photography and Recording:
By attending the event, attendees consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes by Summer Sasin and its affiliates. Unauthorized photography, filming, or recording of the event is prohibited.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By completing the purchase of tickets or registration for the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Términos y Condiciones para la Venta de Eventos
Acuerdo:
Al comprar boletos o registrarse para eventos organizados por Summer Sasin, usted acepta quedar sujeto a estos Términos y Condiciones.
Compra de Boletos:
Todas las ventas de boletos son finales. No se permiten reembolsos, intercambios o cancelaciones a menos que Summer Sasin lo indique de otra manera o lo exija la ley aplicable.
Admisión al Evento:
La admisión al evento está sujeta al cumplimiento de las reglas y regulaciones establecidas por Summer Sasin y el lugar que alberga el evento.
Cambios en el Evento:
Summer Sasin se reserva el derecho de realizar cambios en el evento, incluyendo, pero no limitándose a, fecha, hora, lugar, artistas y contenido del programa, sin previo aviso. En tales casos, Summer Sasin hará esfuerzos razonables para informar a los titulares de boletos sobre cualquier cambio.
Cancelación del Evento:
En caso de cancelación, Summer Sasin notificará a los titulares de boletos lo antes posible. Los reembolsos, si corresponde, se procesarán de acuerdo con la política de reembolso de Summer Sasin.
Transferibilidad de Boletos:
Los boletos no son transferibles a menos que Summer Sasin lo permita explícitamente. Cualquier reventa o transferencia no autorizada de boletos puede resultar en la cancelación del boleto sin reembolso y la negación de la admisión al evento.
Conducta del Asistente:
Summer Sasin se reserva el derecho de negar la admisión o expulsar a cualquier asistente cuya conducta se considere desordenada, disruptiva o en violación de estos Términos y Condiciones o cualquier ley o regulación aplicable.
Responsabilidad:
Los asistentes asumen todos los riesgos y responsabilidades asociados con asistir al evento, incluyendo, pero no limitándose a, lesiones personales, daños o pérdidas de propiedad, y por la presente liberan a Summer Sasin y a sus afiliados, patrocinadores, empleados y agentes de cualquier reclamo derivado de tales riesgos.
Fotografía y Grabación:
Al asistir al evento, los asistentes aceptan ser fotografiados, filmados o grabados con fines promocionales y de archivo por Summer Sasin y sus afiliados. La fotografía, filmación o grabación no autorizada del evento está prohibida.
Ley Aplicable:
Estos Términos y Condiciones se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de Florida Cualquier disputa derivada o relacionada con estos Términos y Condiciones estará sujeta a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales de Florida.
Divisibilidad:
Si alguna disposición de estos Términos y Condiciones se considera inválida o inexigible, las disposiciones restantes permanecerán en pleno vigor y efecto.
Al completar la compra de boletos o el registro para el evento, usted reconoce que ha leído, comprendido y aceptado cumplir con estos Términos y Condiciones.
